ORDERING

 

1. What size should I buy?

Please refer to our size chart for size guide.

2. Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! Unfortunately we do not allow cancelations of orders. If you purchase the wrong size or color, please contact our customer service department via email: info@hugsmwahs.com.

3. Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! Let us know through the Order Notes in the Cart if you have any special requests like gift wrapping.

4. Why was my order canceled? 

Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order.

SHIPPING

 

1. What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. 

2. How are items shipped? 
We use all major carriers. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. Ground shipping for U.S. orders may take up to 5-9 business days to arrive from the day you receive your shipping confirmation.
3. How do I track my order? 
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update.
4. Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately we don't offer International Shipping at this moment. We hope to offer that service in the future. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

 

1. What's the return policy?

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Not the perfect fit? Just let us know—we’re happy to help! We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Do you give refunds? 

No, unfortunately we do not. Items can we returned for store credit only. 

 

3. My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

Oh no! We are sorry to hear that. Please file a claim with the shipping carrier first, then contact us at info@hugsmwahs.com letting us know your order number and your specific claim number. Once we receive that, we will work together to come to the best resolution.

Please note, we are not responsible for damages that occur after wearing or washing the item.
